Equity Release
Equity Release - Kathy Burton Mortgages
Equity Release
If you are retired and your home if paid for, you will have a lot of money in your property. Equity release plans (which are also called lifetime mortgages, home reversion or home income plans) are a way of releasing your cash from your home, allowing you to borrow money against the value of your property, the debt then being repaid from the sale proceeds after your death.
We can guide you through all the alternatives available to maximise on the investment potential otherwise locked up in your home.
It might be that you are concerned about using some of the equity in your home affecting your other benefits, such as pension credits but for a small fee, we can provide you with a report clearly showing any impact releasing funds may have.
Any recommendations we would make would be approved by Safe Home Income Plans (SHIP), the UK's leading professional body for equity release product providers.
Please get in touch with Kathy Burton Mortgages via the contact us page if you would like to discuss your circumstances in relation to equity release and I will contact you as soon as possible.
